Team Local Networking Event with Mayor Tenby Powell

March saw our first Team Local networking event for the year and, given the great turnout and success of this gathering, we expect this to be the start of many more events for our Team Local members.

Hosted by Team Provider, Designer Homeware, our first networking event for 2020 on 5th March was attended by 45 Team Builders and Providers with everyone enjoying the drinks and nibbles included at this complimentary After 5 gathering.

"There was a very positive vibe," confirms Team Local administrator, David Hodgson. "Dan McLean from Designer Homeware gave a short presentation then Mayor Tenby Powell was welcomed and lead the floor with a very interesting session."

Also welcomed to this event were our new Team Providers, Foster Concrete Pumps and The Lone Rangehood. Both businesses joined Team Local in February and you can find out more about their services via our Team Providers page here.

"Subsequent feedback has all been positive," continues David. "Everyone I spoke with at the event really appreciated the opportunity to hear our new Mayor speak in a smaller, more casual environment."
